Florafiles provides plant care information and reminders as guidance only. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in healthy plants. The information provided should not be considered professional horticultural advice. Plant care depends on many factors including climate, soil, and individual plant conditions. We are not liable for any plant health issues or losses.

Accounts & Security

When you create an account with Florafiles:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Payments & Subscriptions

If you choose to upgrade to a paid plan:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice

Intellectual Property

Florafiles and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Florafiles and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the plant data and photos you upload, but grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our service.

Limitation of Liability

Florafiles is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or errors
• We are not responsible for plant health outcomes
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Service Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Florafiles at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.
