Beyond Identification
End the Scrolling
Stop digging through thousands of photos to find a tag you swore you kept. Florafiles turns your garden history into a clean, searchable Growth Timeline.
Spatial Memory
Your garden has a layout, not a list. Map plants to Sectors so what you see on-screen matches what you see when you step outside.
Garden Heritage
Plants cost money and take time. Florafiles keeps tags, notes, and what worked tied to each plant, so you do not relearn the same lessons every season.
Built for Real Life
Designed for bright sun, dirty hands, and quick checks. Big type, high contrast, minimal friction, and no fiddly taps.
Why should I subscribe?
Because plants cost money, but they also cost time.
Florafiles helps you protect both by keeping tags, photos, notes, and care decisions tied to the exact plant and location, season after season.
If you have ever lost a tag, forgotten what worked last summer, or re-bought a plant you already tried, this is the fix.
Why use this instead of keeping the plastic tags?
Plastic tags are the tax-receipt shoebox of gardening.
They fade, snap, get buried, or end up in a drawer. Florafiles captures the tag once and keeps it searchable forever, tied to the plant and the spot it lives.
How does Weather Sync save me water and money?
Weather Sync lets you log rainfall by area so your records stay accurate without extra effort.
When it rains, you can trigger a Rain Log for a sector. That updates watering history for plants in that sector, helping you avoid overwatering, reduce root-rot risk, and cut unnecessary watering.
What is the difference between a Global Base and a Sector photo?
The Global Base is a wide-angle photo of your whole property.
Sector Photos are focused shots of specific areas like a bed, side path, courtyard, or veggie patch. When you open a sector, the background changes to that sector photo, so you instantly know where you are and what you are looking at.
Can I share my plant collection on social media?
Yes. Your data belongs to you.
Your Florafiles map is private by default, but you can use your Growth Timeline to pull clean "then vs now" progress shots without digging through your camera roll.
